Hare and hedgehog

Our driverless transport system, called "Hase und Igel" (Hare and Hedgehog), carried out the necessary transports every day until 2019. You can find more information on our overview page.

RFID

Since October 2009, the entire lending and return service of the Science Branch Library is converted to RFID technology. The easy-to-use self loan and return machines enable the library users to borrow and return items in an uncomplicated and secure way.
