Subject Search

Online catalogue
Please use our Primus Gateway for your systematical subject search in the classification system. For the hits of interrelated titles, click on 'verknüpfte Titel'. Alternatively, you may enter keywords or subject headings. This especially applies to newer titles which can be found more easily this way.

Specialized periodicals
The electronic periodical library will help you find out which art journals are digitized and available in full text at the 'Humboldt-Universität'. You may also find digitized media which are not free of charge and will only see the table of contents or an abstract. Please note the special colour signs for their distinction.

Subject databases
The  Database Infosystem DBIS will help you receive an overview of databases which are available at the 'Humboldt-Universität' and in Germany. Go to the list of subjects or have essay, image or full text databases compiled. Use the access URL to search the databases which interest you.
