Cloakroom

Please store jackets and bags, including laptop bag, before entering the library (except in front of the information desk).
At the library entrance, 28 lockers are available for use with your own padlock with diameter 5-6 mm.

Workstations

26 Workstations, most of them with plug-ins for power supply, among them 4 public workstations with internet access and printing at the photocopier (print-outs have to be payed by CampusCard/MensaCard). Internet access with a Computer and Media Service (CMS) account, WiFi for the HU members resp. via eduroam.

Book trolley

A lockable book trolley is available to doctoral students and guest researchers of the Insitute for Musicology and Media Studies.
Applications for use can be obtained at the information desk.

Catalogues

The Branch Library’s collection can be searched at the Primus-Gateway of the University Library.

Our stack holdings can also be found at the Primus-Gateway and ordered from there.

Scanning

All printing and copying capabilities provided by Ricoh company 
have run out. As part of a sustainable development, the University 
Library is offering its users new high quality, in-house scanning 
technology free of charge.

With the (top-side) book scanner, you can scan extensive projects and save them on your own storage medium (USB flash drive). This service is free of charge.

In addition, there is also a scan tent on the 2nd floor where you can scan with your own smartphone.

WLAN/WiFi

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building for members of the HU. Members of other scientific institutions can use the WiFi network eduroam, provided that their home institution participates in the eduroam project as well.
